Who runs this site

These tools are published by GoFair Trade, which coordinates sourcing and cross-border projects across Shanghai, Abuja and London. For customers in Africa, enquiries may also be handled by EuroVista Dynamics, which supports fulfilment and local delivery.

Calculator inputs

The duty, solar, battery and exchange-rate calculators run in your browser. The values you type in, such as the goods value, appliances or fuel price, are not sent to us.

To see which tools are used, the pages send small usage events that contain only the event name, the tool name and coarse flags such as a value band (for example "5k-20k"), whether a restriction applies, or the product chapter. They contain no names, contact details or exact amounts. Where Cloudflare Zaraz is configured they go to it; otherwise they go to our own /api/track endpoint, which checks them against a fixed list and discards them.

If you use a WhatsApp button

When you click a WhatsApp button, the page records the click and sends it to our enquiry-handling system so we can follow up and see which pages lead to enquiries. The record contains:

• the kind of action (a WhatsApp click or a form submission)
• the time of the action
• the address of the page you were on (without any query string)
• the title of that page
• the product or tool you were looking at
• the WhatsApp number you chose to contact
• the page that sent you to us (without any query string)
• the campaign source in the link you used, if any (utm_source)
• the campaign medium in the link you used, if any (utm_medium)
• the campaign name in the link you used, if any (utm_campaign)

What you send through WhatsApp

The button opens WhatsApp with a short message already filled in. It names the tool, summarises your result and gives the page address. You can edit or delete the text before sending. Once you send a message, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and our team receive it together with your WhatsApp number, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

If you submit an enquiry form

Where a page offers an enquiry form, submitting it sends us the details you type into it:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the message you write

Telegram rates bot

If you message our Telegram bot, we receive your Telegram chat identifier and the command you send, and use them to reply. The bot's delivery log stores only the message update number, its status and a time, not your chat identifier.

Cookies and browser storage

The site's own code does not set cookies and does not use your browser's local storage. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Hosting with Cloudflare

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. As our hosting provider, Cloudflare processes the technical data of each request, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep enquiry details

We keep details you send us in an enquiry only for as long as needed to answer you and to keep our business records, and we delete them on request where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing hi@gofairtrade.com.cn. You can also use the tools without contacting us; nothing here requires an account.
